Progress on the Renovation Works of La Pineda Promenade

At Garcia Riera, we are proud to be part, as members of a joint venture, of the renovation project of La Pineda’s seafront promenade, an initiative promoted by the Ministry.

We are aware that construction works can cause temporary inconvenience, and we would like to thank residents, local businesses, and visitors for their patience. 🙏

This project represents a commitment to a sustainable, accessible, and beach-connected transformation, designed for everyone’s enjoyment. 🌊🌴 The paving works have already begun and will be carried out progressively. Although earthmoving tasks are not yet fully completed, the remaining works will be more superficial compared to those already executed.

The project remains on schedule, and we are currently at around 50% of the execution stage. It is worth noting that this is a joint venture in which Garcia Riera participates, further consolidating our expertise in urban renewal and public space projects.
