Completion of Rehabilitation and Energy Efficiency Works at CAP Deltebre

Garcia Riera has successfully completed the rehabilitation and energy efficiency works at the Primary Care Center (CAP) of Deltebre, within the framework of the Public Buildings Rehabilitation Program (PIREP), funded by the European Union’s NextGenerationEU funds.

The project aimed to address existing deterioration, extend the building’s lifespan, improve comfort for users and staff, and enhance energy efficiency through modern systems.

Main Works Carried Out

  • Roof: new waterproofing with improved thermal insulation.
  • Carpentry: replacement of aluminum windows with high-performance models.
  • Inner courtyard: installation of a pergola to create shaded and comfortable areas.
  • Solar energy: use of the roof surface as a photovoltaic solar park.
  • Hot water: new aerothermal system.
  • Air conditioning: installation of heat recovery systems to increase efficiency.
  • Lighting: full renovation with a smart, efficient system.

Commitment to Sustainability and Comfort
These interventions have not only modernized the healthcare facility but also reduced energy consumption and contributed to the sustainability of Deltebre. The project was led by @eddabarquitectura with execution management by @gruartecnica, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
