On Tuesday, September 23, we welcomed the institutional visit of Mayor Francisco Romero and Housing Councilor Lourdes Sánchez to the Pati del Gall project site in Vilafranca del Penedès.

This project, promoted by Sostre Cívic, involves our collaboration as the construction company and is pioneering in the cooperative housing model under the right-of-use scheme. With a total of 24 affordable housing units, the building focuses on sustainability, energy efficiency, and the creation of community spaces such as multipurpose rooms, a laundry, a shared rooftop, and collective mobility areas.

During the visit, the project’s innovations were highlighted, including the bioclimatic atrium for natural ventilation and the pre-installation for greywater recycling, which will allow water consumption to be reduced by up to 40%.
