Members visit the construction site of the collective project La Bastida – Pati del Gall in Vilafranca

On October 2nd, we had the pleasure of welcoming some of the members of Sostre Cívic to the construction site of the collective project La Bastida – Pati del Gall.

The construction, located in Vilafranca del Penedès, is progressing with enthusiasm and commitment, offering the perfect opportunity for those involved to see firsthand how their future home is taking shape. This visit highlights that this is not just a building: it is a shared project, a collective dream, and a commitment to a different way of living.

What did we see?
During the visit, members were able to observe the progress of the works at 10 Carrer del Nord, where this cooperative building of 24 homes is being developed by Sostre Cívic and the local organization La Bastida, with the support of the Vilafranca del Penedès City Council.
